Marketing Manager (Full time, permanent)

An established design & build agency in exhibitions & events seeks a creative, experienced Marketing Manager.

Elevations Exhibitions is an award-winning exhibition and design company with an impressive client list. Our HQ is in Sywell, Northamptonshire and we have workshops and offices globally. Our events typically take place in Berlin, Cannes, Dubai, Las Vegas, and Singapore. This position is based in Northamptonshire with some opportunity for overseas travel.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced hands-on Marketing Manager, with a proven track record creating and implementing targeted marketing campaigns.

This is a brand-new role reporting to the company's directors. 

Based at the company’s Northampton office this role will encompass:

  • Developing, planning, and implementing B2B creative marketing strategies in line with Company objectives.
  • Working closely with the sales team to plan and implement strategies for generating new sales leads and enhancing client retention.
  • Create effective, targeted marketing campaigns to promote the Company’s turnkey design, manufacture and installation service.
  • Coordinate social media and marketing campaigns to promote the Company’s profile as a global leader.

Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to promote the Company’s exhibition stand design and event management services.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to plan and implement strategies for generating new sales leads and enhancing client retention.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand presence across all platforms.
  • Identify and attend key exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to network and promote the Company’s services.

CRM Strategy Implementation:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to develop new business.
  • Implement CRM initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, engagement and improve retention.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify and target key client segments for personalised marketing campaigns.
  • Perform regular data audits and cleanups to ensure high-quality client data.
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns, including email marketing, social media campaigns tailored to the exhibition and event industry.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

Client Feedback, Support, and Collaboration:

  • Gather and analyse client feedback to inform marketing, CRM, and business development strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales and client service teams to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving client engagement and retention.
  • Align business development, CRM, and marketing activities with overall business objectives.
  • Enhance communication and cooperation between departments to improve client experiences.

Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the exhibition or event industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • First-class organisation and writing skills.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Marketing Manager Preferred skills: Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
