In this role, you will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from multiple data sets including consumer needs, future trends, and category opportunities to shape business and brand strategy; and you will ideally has experience working with strategy houses, familiarity with demand maps and occasions-based growth.

Description

The successful Strategic and Portfolio Insights Lead will be responsible for;

• Extracting actionable insights from multiple data sets including consumer needs, future trends, and category opportunities to shape business and brand strategy
• Utilising advanced analytic tools and agencies to forecast demand, identify market gaps, and capitalise on growth opportunities
• Staying abreast of consumer and category trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to provide foresight guidance.
• Embeddng the insights amongst our target audiences of marketing and sales and help them translate it into action
• Leading the agenda to close the gap in understanding, develop collaborative workshops and engagements to manage change/ bring stakeholders along

Profile

A successful Strategic and Portfolio Insights Lead should have:

• Proven experience as an Insight or Strategy Manager in the FMCG industry
• Comfortable with a wide sets of data (scan, quantitative, qualitative) knowing both their strengths and constraints and using all of them to build a well rounded, holistic story
• Comfort building a strong narrative, story tell with excellence, and alter the story based on the audience and need
• Story-telling and presentation skills to turn data into impactful insights and credible POVs to land impactful, persuasive stories and strategies
