Our client is known for their exceptional office and furniture installation projects.

Based in Keighley, they are now looking for a Manager to ensure that both their events and showroom reflect brand excellence.

As Events and Showroom Manager, you’ll handle the planning, coordination, and execution of events, while managing the showroom to align with the companies brand image and goals. You’ll work closely with various departments and manage a team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

About the job:

• Keep the showroom presentable, stocked, and aligned with the company brand. Implement visual merchandising strategies and conduct tours.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional events, and corporate meetings.
• Handle logistics, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
• Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align activities with business objectives.
• Greet and assist clients, provide product information, and resolve inquiries.

About you:

• Bachelor’s in marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in event planning or showroom management.
• Strong project management, organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in event management software.
• Detail-oriented, creative, leadership abilities, and customer-focused.
• Excellent attention to detail.
