Position Overview:

My client is seeking a highly organized and versatile Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join our team for a maternity cover role. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and administrative support, with the potential to be retained as a permanent employee based on performance and business needs.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company's directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support various company projects and initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in office management and/or as a personal assistant.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Personality: Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a close-knit team.
