We are currently seeking a talented and driven PPC Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team who are responsible for multiple eCommerce and B2B service websites.

Our brands focus on providing high-technology high-benefit products and services to the life science and industrial sectors. We are a global company, with offices located in the UK, US and Hong Kong.

You will be based in the stunning New Forest on the south coast of the UK, within commutable distance of three major cities, Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising our pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • You will play a crucial role in driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing sales for our range of brands which provide high-technology high-benefit products and services to the life science and industrial sectors.
  • You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that our PPC efforts align with the overall business objectives and deliver a strong return on investment.

About you:

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about increasing ROI on ad spend and will be a marketing generalist with a demonstrated history in effectively scaling PPC, social media, and other digital channels.  You must be able to hit the ground running and will have a positive attitude and willingness to work hard, sometimes under high production pressure.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a PPC specialist or similar, preferably within the technology sector. 
  • A strong understanding of PPC platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
  • B2C, B2B and direct ecommerce experience in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools, such as Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive ad content.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their application to PPC.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • Salary:  Up to £35,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm
  • Holidays: Starting entitlement of 22 days plus Bank Holidays increasing each year to a maximum of 28 days plus Bank Holidays.
  • Sabbatical: One month paid sabbatical after 6 years.
