Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join a passionate team in Stoke-on-Trent. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will drive online sales and expand market reach across international markets using your expertise in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and expand market reach across international markets.
• Optimize the Shopify platform to enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue generation.
• Analyze website performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive traffic to the e-commerce platform.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong emphasis on Shopify and managing international markets (preferably European Markets such as Spain and Netherlands).
• Proven track record of successfully increasing online sales and optimising e-commerce performance metrics.
• Expertise in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
