Daily Duties

  • Communicate effectively with clients daily and establish successful working relationships
  • Project management and thought leadership - propose ideas and methods for achieving client objectives
  • Team management – focusing others on delivery of project tasks and on achieving client objectives
  • Production of creative briefs and overseeing projects. This includes financial management, invoicing, P&L reporting, and ROI reporting
  • Effective presentation skills that ‘sell’ creative concepts
  • Creative appreciation and judgement against client brief
  • High quality proofreading
  • Management of regionalisation, localisation, and translation processes
  • Management of suppliers e.g., translation agency
  • Ability to think ‘outside of the box’
  • Ability to foresee and head issues off before they arise

On site / remote working patterns

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am – 5.30pm in our Harpenden offices
  • Thursday and Friday, office or home as preferred. To be available and flexible around client needs/meetings

Experience/Skills

  • 3 years’ creative/marketing agency experience (at least one as Account Manager)
  • Previous experience in a B2B and channel marketing/automotive role a must
  • Ideally digital and performance marketing experience such as PPC, SEO, Google
  • Marketing professional – experience and/or qualifications

Package

  • Approx. £35-40K per annum dependent upon experience
