Our global media client is looking for a Creative Operations Coordinator to support with the delivery of global marketing campaigns. The right candidate will have experience within a fast-paced environment for delivery of assets for a global market.This role will require office based work, 4 days a week, in Hammersmith.



Skills needed:

  • Work closely with the Creative Ops Manager and Ops Supervisor across various campaign projects.
  • Coordinate campaign project workflows and time-lines proactively ensuring deadlines are met by all parties.
  • Support communication between Brief Owners and Creatives.
  • Proactively track campaign project workflows ensuring deadlines are met by all parties.
  • Track and process delivery of campaigns.
  • Coordinate and track creative approvals across various workstreams for Regional and EMEA local markets, working closely with the Regional Creative, Regional marketing, local EMEA markets, and US teams.
  • Communicate status updates of work-in-progress projects to marketing teams in UK and local markets.
  • Review briefs, ensuring all relevant & correct information is present.
  • Ensure creative team are supplied with the content/ information they need to execute the brief.
  • Provide a filter for creative pipelines and upcoming projects from local markets to streamline the approvals process.
  • Quality control at all stages to ensure technical specifications and standards are met.
  • Collate all required asset information as needed from multiple sources per campaign.
  • Support communication between Brief Owners and Creatives.
  • Responsible for ensuring correct planning tools and operational processes are in place to execute projects.
  • Proactively looking for opportunities to optimise and make efficiencies.
  • Communicate status updates of work-in-progress projects.
  • Attend and coordinate project meetings.
  • Provide status updates in EMEA and US meetings.
  • Continuously work towards improving processes.
  • Maintain EMEA Originals handbook and guides.
  • Contribute to bi-weekly creative and marketing calls with project updates.
  • Attend campaign briefing meetings when required.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Experience required:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience working in Media/Entertainment industry.
  • An understanding of project management and the creative and operational production process.
  • Experience of working with schedules/time-lines.
  • Highly organised with excellent ability to manage own and others time.
  • Pro-active can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with brands.
  • Experience in working with multi-territory teams.
  • Experience working directly with executive level stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of different video, audio, and print formats.
  • Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop an advantage.
