The Opportunity

You will be responsible for project managing content production and creative briefs for digital media solutions across a wide range of retail clients in their digital stores throughout the UK and Europe.

What you’ll do:

• Work with clients daily to review creative and content briefs.
• Collaborate with our in-house studio to produce content for clients' in-store digital screens.
• Coordinate with clients' existing creative agencies to deliver content.
• Learn complex Content Management Systems to schedule media advertising in clients' stores across the UK and worldwide.
• Convert point-of-sale prints into animated, eye-catching videos for in-store display.
• Partner with other media agencies to deliver the latest campaigns.
• Manage multiple suppliers, contractors, and customers.
• Handle own workload and report to management daily and weekly.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines.
• Flexible to meet client demands and expectations including monthly travel to London for meetings

What you’ll need:

• Excellent written and oral communication
• Excitement for technology and how it can deliver support to customers
• Good with IT
• Client facing experience
• Previous marketing/agency experience is desired
• Passion for branding and creative development
• Understanding of digital outputs, file formats and content resolutions
• A creative eye for flare and advertising passion if preferred but not essential
• Excellent organisational skills
• Flexible to meet client demands
