We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Marketing and Events Manager to join our clients growing team to help elevate their brand and events to the next level. As a Marketing and Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of marketing strategies and events to promote products and services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving business growth.

‘Marketing & Events Manager’ Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
  • Plan, organise, and manage events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Utilise social media platforms and digital marketing tools to engage with the audience.
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors.

‘Marketing & Events Manager’ Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and event management.
  • Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Experience in the construction industry is desirable, not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
