Marketing Manager | Nottingham - On-site | Permanent | Up to £40,000
We are recruiting for a newly created Marketing Manager role in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for a B2B Marketer to wrap their arms around a Marketing function of an expanding SME that has seen 10% growth year on year and support that growth with an innovative marketing strategy. Looking to increase brand visibility and penetrate the market across all divisions of the business, we are looking for somebody who is as equally creative as you are strategic.
Managing a team of 2, it will be your responsibility to plan and implement a lead generation strategy that will feed in to the Sales/Business development function and will include promotional campaigns that will achieve sales success. Owning the company website, you will ensure it is regularly updated with relevant content and is being seen by your target audience, whilst managing the social media activity and other online presence. Working very closely with the Business Development Manager, you will turn new ideas into the practical application of new products.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and managing digital campaigns across channels including: SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, Events and Display Advertising.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Analysis of marketing activities to measure ROI for the business.
We are looking for:
- Somebody who has the ability to balance and achieve multiple deadlines and keep several plates spinning at once.
- Somebody who enjoys staying up to date on tools, best practice and the ever evolving likes and dislikes of social platforms and Google.
- Experience with a B2B product would be advantageous and even better if that product is from a manufacturing business.
