Research Managers

London (hybrid – 2 days from home)

to £50,000 + bonus & benefits

An opportunity to join a growing research team and work with a variety of leading global brands across multiple market sectors.
 

Working collaboratively with the Research and Strategy teams, but with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy, you’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, playing a key role in client relationships and helping to ensure delivery excellence for all research and insight outputs. You will be expected to help contribute to identifying appropriate methods and analysis for each problem at hand (with support), managing the day-to-day execution of projects, and managing upwards.  

An eagerness to participate in pitches and new business development activities for the company is also required, either immediately or in time depending on experience. International travel may be required given the geographic footprint of the client base.

Prospective candidates need to be well-rounded individuals that work well within a friendly team culture and have strong analytical and communications skills. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and act proactively on their own initiative. We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• A university degree in a research relatable field.
• Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a market research agency, as a SRE/RM in an insights role.
• Strong practical quantitative research experience including designing and managing research studies from proposal to presentation (pulling in senior support as necessary) – qualitative experience is highly desirable, but on the job training is available.
• Highly motivated and keen to work in small cross-functional teams.
• Confident and effective communicator.
