FINTEC recruit is recruiting for a Marketing Manager based in Derby for a fast growth business.  A hybrid role, 2 days office/3 days home based.  Salary is negotiable by experience plus benefits.   This role will have a focus on construction/fabrication industry projects.   Working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, flexible start/finish times.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on developing marketing strategy for key projects
• Monitor campaigns ensuring within budget
• Produce performance reports for management
• Overseeing all marketing materials/products/brochures etc & tracking marketing activity
• Updating and managing internal CMS and website content and social media platforms
• Attending events/exhibitions and coordination of global events

Skills and Experience required for the Marketing Manager role:

• Experience in brand promotion
• Degree qualified in a relevant marketing or business subjects (ideally CIM accredited)
• Sound knowledge and understanding of marketing standards, data protection and GDPR
• Experience with software systems and lead generation CMS and workflow
• Experience of managing Google Ad campaigns and Google Analytics
• Use of MS Packages (digital publication tools), copywriter or content writer skills
