We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our digital marketing campaigns and report to the Head of Digital Growth. This hands-on role demands the delivery of successful, measurable digital marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation and high-quality website traffic.

This fast-paced role is integral to our sales channel network within the marketing function. With clear KPIs linked to sales leads and revenue performance, you'll collaborate closely with local sales teams and peers across the group to leverage best practices.

Day to Day

• Devise and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, expand the customer base, and maintain customer loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights to identify opportunities and threats, supporting marketing strategies.
• Utilize multiple marketing channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media, to enhance brand awareness.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and competitive marketing strategies.
• Oversee the company's brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
