Events Manager – 12M Fixed Contract - Hybrid working.
My client, a renowned and prestigious membership organisation, with stunning offices in Central London are looking for an experienced events manager to deliver an ambitious events portfolio. You will play a key role in supporting team members, implementing policies and procedures as well as being hands on in the successful delivery of events and projects.
This is a fast-paced delivery area where you will work across a range of projects from high profile governance events, membership ceremonies, core conferences, principal partner events and internal communications.
As the Events Manager, you will be responsible for.
- Overall management of events the event portfolio including large scale conferences
- Being one of the key points of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the planning process for all associated membership events
- Scheduling & resource management
- Management of event budgets
- Oversee project teams on-site
- Mentoring & managing junior staff day to day
We are looking for someone with proven similar experience and is readily available to fulfil a 12M fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role, where most staff members are office based once or twice a week.
Salary up to 43.5K plus benefits
