Blayze Group are currently working with a leading Residential Developer seeking a Project Sales Manager to join their business and lead the Sales Team across a flagship development in London.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience within Residential Property Sales, with a minimum of 4 years of prior industry experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO…
- Overseeing the full sales process from pre-launch sales to completion, working to and exceeding sales targets as determined by the company forecast.
- Providing market insight and conditions and report meaningful findings to the Head of Department.
- Marketing and advertising strategy including planning launch events and attending regular meetings for implementation of strategy.
- Establishing relationships and liaising on a regular basis with a network of local and instructed agents.
- Providing and constantly reviewing pricing strategy.
- Setting up weekly site meetings to discuss build programme, presentation of site and other build related issues.
- Reporting on all sales-related activity and feeding back to the Head of Department.
- Ensuring the team enhance the client's reputation and brand image to prospective and existing customers and deliver high standards of customer service.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…
- Minimum of 4 years experience within Residential Property Sales.
- Confident and Comfortable presenting to large groups of customers or corporate clients.
- Excellent Inter-personal skills and verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Office.
