£25,000 - £26,000/annum Plus Bonus

This specialised administrative role, where no two days or tasks are the same is at the forefront of supporting a creative Brand Marketing and Product Development Team.

You'll be working alongside a passionate and creative team of Brand and Product Managers at the cutting edge of product design and marketing.

You will be responsible for a variety of supportive tasks that will enable NPD focus, all under the guidance of experienced Senior Brand and Product Managers.

Typically, your main duties will involve:

•             Manage incoming product samples from overseas suppliers  - tracking progress and arrivals directly with suppliers.

•             Manage, maintain and organise group sample room.

•             Document, record and communicate gold seal product samples, adding details around PPT packaging and inspection requirements.

•             Construct packaging prototypes/mock ups generated from the design team for photography, showroom displays and customer presentation requirements.

•             Purchase props for photography styling along with generating product sample lists and offering general support with studio photography shoots.

•             Showroom maintenance, ensuring all products are available and on display.  Arranging for replacements if needed and removing discontinued lines accordingly.

•             Help to build product merchandising layouts for National Account listings and customer presentations.

•             Generate supplier reports to support preparation around supplier visits and meetings.

About you:

•             Someone who is interested and excited by learning in a creative environment, has excellent organisational skills, with focus on attention to detail.

•             Basic administrative skills around using Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Power point and Teams.

•             Able to be flexible and pivot around a variety of tasks

•             Good communicator across all departments of the business

•             Thrive on being part of a team striving for a common goal

•             Have a natural willingness to help and support colleagues with an enthusiastic attitude.

•             Have a methodical and logical approach to all tasks.

•             Able to follow company policies and procedures.
