Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a strong, consistent brand identity and message.
• Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence, creating compelling content and engaging with our audience.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and analysis of results.
• Public Relations (PR): Develop and maintain relationships with media and influencers to promote our brand and secure press coverage.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve our marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing within hospitality, travel & tourism sectors (desirable not essentail)
• Strong understanding of campaign management, brand management, social media, email marketing, and PR.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
