A Digital Manager, responsible for leading all the activities needed to engage, activate and involve new and existing customers. This is an exciting new opportunity to innovate and elevate the creative voice across customer digital touchpoint, to create an engaged community and apply that vision to the design and implementation of campaigns for high visibility and high impact.

This is a new role that will work closely with the Head of Digital and the Marketing Managers to ideate and deliver creative, multi-channel campaigns to achieve commercial objectives and digital KPIs. The ideal candidate shall have demonstrated creative and communication skills across digital platforms.

We are looking for a trend-spotter who is not afraid to champion and implement new ideas. Able to create emotive content that will help our customers build meaningful and lasting connections to our brand. The successful candidate will also be versed in strategic marketing, able to build creatively around target audiences and business needs.

Requirements

The main responsibility will be to conceptualise, create and launch activities to acquire and retain new and existing customers via all the digital touchpoints in conjunction with the digital and marketing teams:

  • Develop and execute strategies to build and strengthen our community.
  • Cultivate relationships with community members to enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community culture.
  • Help formulate the future customer strategy to grow and succeed in the UK market
  • Evaluate market trends, and sales trends, establishing critical measurements and determining customer strategies.
  • Think out of the box for breakthrough activities

Languages

English mother tongue , Italian and Spanish will be considered a PLUS

Education & IT / Digital skills

  • University Degree with upper grades achieved
  • Natural born-digital
  • Proficient with use of digital/cloud-based collaboration/project management tools (Asana, Slack), proficient with google ads/analytics, Facebook ads/analytics, experienced with review platforms like YOTPO, CRM software like Hubspot/Salesforce, CMS (Content Management Systems) for example Shopify or Magento or WordPress and MarTech (Marketing technologies)
  • UK Professional Marketing certification would be highly appreciated

Location at which work will be required

  • Minerva London’s office on New Bond St in London
  • Standard working hours, however, Minerva has implemented a homeworking policy. Unless one has reached a different arrangement, it is expected that a full-time member of staff will spend a minimum of 3 full days working in the office, with no more than 2 days working from home.
