As Paid Media Manager you will be joining the business and marketing team at a key time and stepping into a massive opportunity for personal growth and development. This role will play a key part taking the business to the next level across the 7 countries we already operate in.

This role will support the already well-established Personal Training side of the business but will take a lead in growing our newer products. You will have global scope, working across all paid marketing channels. Taking a lead role in the development of our paid media strategy will give you a real chance to make an impact, getting involved in the early stages of set up and testing of core channels and putting a structure in place to allow efficient growth.

Through continued analysis of campaign performance and iteration, you will look to increase awareness, grow sales, and maximise ROI. Responsibilities

  • Take a lead role in all paid media activity working with the Head of Marketing to devise and implement a paid strategy for growth across all key products
  • Plan and implement a roadmap for Paid Search and Paid Social
  • Manage initially a team of 3 with the opportunity to grow the team in the future, as required to deliver continued growth and improvements in ROI
  • Develop and optimize global search campaigns, setting a structure for the account to allow them to scale effectively
  • Manage paid social advertising, working closely with our in-house Creative teams to create effective and engaging ads for all products
  • Work closely with the in-house video production and design team, briefing in required assets to support key marketing campaigns, managing the process
  • Devise and implement regular reporting, giving visibility to senior marketing teams on the traffic, CPA, ROI, and overall performance of core marketing channels
  • Use data to identify opportunities for growth across new and existing channels
  • Work closely with the Content Manager and CRM Manager to ensure consistency of marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Be proactive in suggesting site improvements to increase conversion rate and improve the ROI of paid marketing activities
