Job Description
- Internal Communications: Support the EMEA Marketing Team, EMEA Executive Team, and other EMEA functions (including HR) with production of internal communications materials
- Write and compile newsletters using the Account Engagement Tool
- Write and post stories on SikaWorld
- Manage subscription and distribution lists
- Proofread internal communications prepared by other colleagues
- Work on production of videos with support from Multimedia Specialist
- Share internal communications best practices and updates from the Corporate Communications team with colleagues in the local countries
- Identify areas for improvement and continually monitor and assess the performance of EMEA internal communications
- Brand Management: Support the EMEA Marketing Team and marketing colleagues in local countries to ensure compliance with global brand guidelines
- Identify instances of non-brand compliance and work with the owner to adjust the materials in order to comply with brand guidelines
- Stay updated on new developments with the Corporate Brand Managers
