£40-50k negotiable depending on experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 5.30pm) 

Our client, an exciting and growing, Coaching and Events company based in Chelmsford, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive their creative content, brand and social media presence.

They are looking for an innovative, motivated and positive manager, who can lead their team to be ahead of the curve on a daily basis! You must have previous experience managing people and have a speciality in pushing award winning brands through social media, marketing and exciting content.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 6; including Videographers, Digital Marketers and Social Media Executives.
• Working alongside the sales team to make sure campaigns and marketing are on point.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Creating innovative content for social media/websites.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Designing all communications on-brand.
• Managing the businesses online reputation.

Your Background & Skill:

• Experience in a Marketing Manager role (any industry).
• Have a speciality in creating/enhancing a brand and creating fantastic Social Media content.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Be innovative, creative and forward thinking.
• Be able to take initiative and responsibility.
• Be a team motivator with strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail, with excellent grammar.
