We are working with a company synonymous with beautifully designed and manufactured premium quality flooring systems for balconies and roof terrace projects used in high end construction projects throughout UK and overseas.

As a the Marketing and Specification Manager you will work with some of the most innovative and influential designers and architects  who produce unique and stunning projects. You will  develop key relationships and work closely with architects  to raise  the companies profile through showcasing products via networking and social events throughout the design community and relevant industry bodies.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Building and establishing the companies brand
  • Maintaining a high performing marketing team, driving growth and creativity
  • Setting, monitoring and measuring KPI’s for the marketing team
  • Delivering CPD’s and training other sales managers
  • Developing effective marketing campaigns, setting the marketing budget and yearly forecasts
  • Overseeing all technical marketing materials including website, datasheets, install guides and CPD
  • Creating educational literature and content

The role is focussed in and around London although there may be occasions where specific projects and specifiers could take you further afield.

This pivotal position within the company will suit an ambitious experienced Specification and Marketing manager who ideally has a background within the building/construction products industry and links to design architects and specifiers.
