Major Talent are currently recruiting a Marketing Content Developer on behalf of our esteemed client located in Burton-on-Trent. With a rich history dating back to 1991, our client operates from a cutting-edge manufacturing facility and is a proud member of the world's leading global food providers.

We are looking for someone with impressive PowerPoint expertise background to become part of our Commercial Team. We require somebody with a solid corporate professional background who can hit the ground running, producing high impact, seamless powerpoints in a variety of different projects. We require somebody who can drive brand awareness, story build through their creativity to build engagement with key customers.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Standards of Performance:

  • Producing and amending correspondence, documentation, reports from various sources in line with brand awareness.
  • Enhance PowerPoint presentations through creativity and confidence to improve layouts and storytelling.
  • Consistently deliver high quality PowerPoint designs on time with a focus on effective client communication and responsiveness
  • Proof reading and checking documentation that has been produced to ensure accuracy.
  • Liasing with wider business as appropriate in relation to document matters and queries.
  • Source, create and edit content in collaboration with colleagues for appropriate marketing channels ensuring brand guidelines are met to achieve objectives.
  • Effectively managing workloads to ensure all deadlines are met and progress is met.
  • Ensuring appropriate formatting for documentation is accurate.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Company's values and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain exemplary attention to detail and consistency.
  • Show initiative and be able to work independently.
  • Able to maintain confidential information and excel in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Encourage and help drive the site's food safety culture, to help prevent deviation in the process that impacts the safety, quality, and legality of our products.
  • Understand and adhere to Company policies and procedures which are relevant to both the site and the working environment.
  • Any other duties as deemed reasonable by your line manager or senior management to assist with the operation of the business.

The ideal person:

  • Accurate typing speed with advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong on customer focus and able to develop solutions.
  • Motivated self-starter.
  • Organised with high attention to detail.
  • Effectively able to prioritise incoming and outgoing work.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Must have own transport to be able to attend off site client visits.
  • Flexible and dependable, able to take initiative.
